The SCANPAN Urban Frying Pan combines reliable non-stick cooking with a clever detachable handle that makes storage easier. Made in Denmark from recycled aluminium, it heats evenly and is suitable for everyday tasks such as frying eggs, cooking vegetables and browning meat.

Care and use

Before first use, remove all labels and wash the pan in warm, soapy water, then dry thoroughly. Allow it to cool before cleaning after use. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid aerosol oil sprays and rapid changes in temperature to help maintain the coating.
