SCANPAN cookware is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers faults in materials or workmanship that affect the product's performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is my SCANPAN cookware covered?

It depends on the range. Stratanium non-stick cookware carries a limited lifetime warranty, while stainless and raw steel is covered for 10 years. Check the individual product page for the exact term.

Does the non-stick warranty cover scratches?

No. Scratches caused by metal or abrasive utensils are considered avoidable damage, not a manufacturing fault. Peeling or bubbling of the coating under correct use is covered.

I lost my receipt — can I still claim?

Proof of purchase is required to assess a claim. If you bought directly from us, your order number is enough. For purchases from a retailer, please contact us and we'll advise on what we can accept.

Can I use my SCANPAN pan in the dishwasher?

For the longest life we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Harsh detergents and abrasive pads can shorten the life of the coating.

How long does a claim take?

Once we've received your proof of purchase, description and photos, our team will review and respond with next steps. Most claims are assessed within a few working days.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
