Pro SB+ Dutch Oven With Lid

Designed for everyday cooking and slow-cooked favourites, the SCANPAN Pro SB+ Dutch Oven combines a distinctive deep black finish with dependable cooking performance. Made in Denmark, it is ideal for preparing soups, stews, casseroles and one-pot meals.

The Stratanium+ non-stick surface is designed for excellent food release, searing and browning. Its induction-compatible construction distributes heat evenly, while the included glass lid helps retain moisture and lets you keep an eye on your cooking.

Available in three sizes, the Pro SB+ Dutch Oven offers options for smaller meals, family cooking and larger batches. The body is made from a minimum of 90% recycled aluminium, combining practical performance with considered material use.

Care and use

Before first use, remove all labels and wash in warm, soapy water, then dry thoroughly. Allow the Dutch oven to cool before cleaning after use. Hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended; dry completely before storing. Avoid overheating and aerosol cooking sprays to help protect the non-stick surface. Do not store food in the cookware.

A good Dutch oven makes one-pot cooking simple. The only thing it can’t do is persuade everyone else to take their turn washing up!
