Care & Use

Before first use, remove all packaging and labels and wash thoroughly in warm soapy water.

For best cooking performance, use low to medium heat settings, as SCANPAN cookware distributes heat efficiently. Allow the wok to preheat before adding ingredients for optimal results.

Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the appearance and finish of the cookware, although it is dishwasher safe.
