Care & Use

Before first use, remove all packaging and labels and wash thoroughly in warm soapy water.

For best cooking performance, use low to medium heat settings, as SCANPAN cookware distributes heat efficiently. Avoid overheating when empty.

Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the appearance and performance of the cookware, although it is dishwasher safe.
