Classic Induction Frying Pan

The SCANPAN Classic Induction Frying Pan brings together dependable non-stick cooking and a design made for everyday use. Its hand-cast recycled aluminium body helps distribute heat evenly, while the Stratanium® non-stick surface makes it easier to cook and clean up afterwards.

Designed for use on all hob types, including induction, the pan has an ergonomic handle secured with SCANPAN’s patented locking system, without screws or rivets. It is also oven safe up to 250°C, making it a versatile choice for frying eggs, browning meat, cooking fish and preparing everyday meals.

Care: Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning. SCANPAN recommends hand washing rather than using a dishwasher. Avoid aerosol oil sprays and rapid changes in temperature.
