The Impact series is stainless steel cookware, refined with a sandwich base with an aluminium core. The result is solid pots and pans that heat quickly. Steel is known for its tremendous durability. And who doesn't want hard-wearing cookware! It is also well-known that aluminium is a far better heat conductor than steel. Therefore, products in the Impact line are constructed with an aluminium base - in fact is it an aluminium plate surrounded by stainless steel, which furthermore makes the series suitable for all cooktops, incl. induction. 

All SCANPAN Impact cookware is covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care & Use for SCANPAN  

Before first use: 

• Remove all labels and wash your product in warm soapy water; dry completely. 
• If required, assemble the glass knob according to the directions in the user’s guide. 

Cleaning: 

• After use, let the product cool off, then wash with warm, soapy water. The product must always be completely clean, before it is put away. 
• It is not recommended to wash the product in the dishwasher.
